Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the FlimoX mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

FlimoX is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

App Description

FlimoX is a personal travel companion application that allows users to:

• Record and organize travel experiences
• Create collections of desired destinations
• Track visited locations on an interactive map
• Store photos and memories locally on your device
• Maintain personal travel diaries

Subscription Services

FlimoX offers premium subscription services that provide enhanced features and functionality. Subscription details include:

• Weekly Subscription: $1.99 per week
• Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month
• Quarterly Subscription: $11.99 per quarter
• Annual Subscription: $29.99 per year

Payment and Billing

Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Automatic renewal of your subscription
• Payment of subscription fees at the current rate
• Billing through your Apple ID account
• Compliance with Apple's terms and conditions

Data Privacy and Storage

FlimoX is designed with privacy as a core principle:

• Your personal travel data is stored locally on your device
• We collect only minimal information (User ID and coin balance)
• No personal travel records are transmitted to our servers
• You maintain full control over your data

User Responsibilities

As a user of FlimoX, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
• Maintain the security of your device and data
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Uses

You may not use FlimoX to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malicious software or content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission

Intellectual Property

FlimoX and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimers

FlimoX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FlimoX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
